The ZEUSPAC Dual-Shaft, Dual-Motor Industrial Mixing Tank is engineered for efficient processing of high-viscosity pastes, creams, gels, emulsions, and liquid formulations. Available in working capacities from 300 liters to 10,000 liters, this heavy-duty system combines slow-speed mixing, high-speed dispersion, wall scraping, heating, and cooling in one integrated production unit.

Two independently powered mixing shafts provide precise control over the production process. The low-speed outer-frame agitator continuously folds and circulates the product throughout the tank, while the high-speed dispersion disk rapidly breaks down powders, dissolves ingredients, and produces a smooth, uniform mixture.

The triangular-frame agitator is fitted with tank-scraping blades that continuously remove material from the interior walls. This improves heat transfer, reduces product buildup, eliminates mixing dead zones, and helps ensure consistent batch quality.

An optional top-entry batch homogenizer can be added for applications requiring intensive high-shear emulsification, particle-size reduction, and exceptionally smooth finished products.
