ZEUSPAC TFX-1000 Automatic Plastic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine

The ZEUSPAC TFX-1000 is a fully automatic industrial tube filling and sealing machine designed for packaging creams, lotions, gels, pastes, serums, ointments, cosmetics, personal-care products, and other viscous liquids.

Empty plastic tubes are automatically loaded into the machine and indexed through each production station on a rotary table. The tubes are positioned, accurately filled, heat sealed, date-code embossed, trimmed, and automatically ejected as finished products.

The TFX-1000 uses a precision piston filling system supplied by a stainless steel product hopper. An optional heated hopper is available for products that must remain warm to maintain proper flow and filling consistency.
